I’m Lukia Costello, a Ukrainian-American visual artist, documentary filmmaker, and nonprofit founder devoted to fostering compassion and cultural connection through shared human experience.

I serve as the founder and executive director of Spark Filmmakers Collaborative, a platform celebrating authentic, heart centered storytelling.

My work blends poetic storytelling with social urgency, often exploring themes of identity, diaspora, and resilience. With a background in photography, film editing, and VFX, my projects have been broadcast on PBS and exhibited internationally.
